The MFPD and former MFPD Captain Mary Joseph are pleased to announce the settlement of their long-standing employment dispute. That agreement involved a financial settlement and an expression of desire to work together for the betterment of the Mosquito community.

The MFPD expresses appreciation to former Captain Mary Joseph for her thirteen years of dedicated service to the District, serving over that time in multiple capacities from Secretary to Interim Administrative Fire Chief, and looks forward to continuing to work with her in her role on the Mosquito Fire Safe Council.
